Founder, CEO
Ebonie is a therapist, sexologist, and the founder of Sagewood Practice Support. With experience supporting multiple counseling practices, she developed a passion for the operational side of private practice and the impact it has on the client experience. As a therapist, Ebonie understands the challenges of balancing client care with the day-to-day responsibilities of running a practice. Through Sagewood Practice Support, she helps therapists provide a seamless experience for clients from their very first point of contact.
Austin Dancy
Co-Founder, CRO
Austin has spent years running a video production business through which he's found clients, closed and onboarded them, and fulfilled services. His role at Sagewood is to help Ebonie find or be discovered by practices dedicated to supporting clients through presenting problems, but would benefit from admin support that lets them focus on care. Austin helps make sure Sagewood clients are onboarded seamlessly and receive quality services each month.
